Our daughter was in town this past weekend and I noticed a rattling sound coming from underneath her Jeep Renegade when driving on the road. I was concerned about her heading back to Pittsburgh on Monday so I tried our local dealership but they were not available until Wednesday, next Christian Brothers but they wanted ~$100 just to diagnose, even after I stated it was coming from the front and most likely a suspension or bearing. Next I tried Goods in town and they wanted $220 to do the diagonsis. So I made my next stop to Integrity Automotive and spoke with Al the owner. He was very helpful and accommodating to get the vehicle looked at right away for a minimum amount. He and his team had the problem diagnosed within 2 hours and finished within 2 hours later. Very reasonable and professional and I would recommend his company in the future. I’m encouraged to see small businesses as his put an emphasis on customer service and helping you out when are in trouble. Please keep the great performance. PS all of his employees were very helpful, courteous, and made a point to say thank you as I was leaving.
